One of our partners is leader international consulting services for purchasing and supplier management, expenses optimization, logistics and warehouse management.

OBJETIVE

These horizontal services are applicable to virtually all sectors and its main value is its references and results. The aim is to extend its services in those sectors and new clients where the presence is less active and there are clear needs for these services.

ACCIONS

Prepare a strategy for new sectors and clients, aimed to get the necessary contacts at senior management level to present references and results applicable to their needs and make suggestions for important saving expenses to be achieved through sharing contracts in the success of results.

RESULTS

Over five contracts per year with different clients and sectors.

ASSESSMENT The results obtained show a high degree of loyalty of new clients, displayed by the continuity of contracts and opportunities.
